measure dont weigh!
measuring inches is a much better way to see progress. your weight fluctuates on a daily basis based on how much you eat/drink and muscle weighs a lot more than fat. i was 150 lbs when i was at my biggest, but now i’m 154 and i’m thinner because its muscle.
